GA DO NOT CALL POLICY
Glover Agency (“GA”) is committed to full compliance with all applicable National, State, and Local telemarketing laws, rules, and regulations, including all Do Not Call laws, rules, and regulations. To ensure compliance, the following Do Not Call Policy (“Do Not Call Policy”) is mandatory for all Inside Sales Agents, Outside Sales Agents, and any other persons making any telephone call(s) for sales or marketing purposes on behalf of or for the benefit of Glover Agency.
DNC Policy- Setting FSBO and Expired Appointments
The first agent to set an appointment with a FSBO or Expired has the right to go on that appointment first, without competing with another GA agent.
All appointments set are required to be put in the Glover Agency- Do Not Call Spreadsheet and CINC. The first person to enter the appointment information into the spreadsheet accurately is the agent that gets credit to go on the appointment first without competing with another Glover Agency agent.
Agents are only eligible to add their appointments to the Glover Agency- Do Not Call Spreadsheet if it is a true appointment set.
- The definition of an appointment set is as follows:
-
A day and time is FINALIZED for the agent to meet with the potential seller to earn the opportunity to sell the property by doing a listing presentation.
-
Appointments only count when they are scheduled to take place within 7 days of the day the appointment was set. For example, if an appointment is set on a Monday, for the following week Tuesday, that does not count as an official appointment set and another GA agent is eligible to set and attend that same appointment.
-
Phone appointments only count if the seller lives out of state or 2 hours + from the property or it is vacant land
-
Scheduled follow up calls are not appointments.
-
Setting a tentative time does not count as an appointment set. For example, if the seller is checking
with their spouse to confirm the appointment, this is not an appointment set.
-
Saying you are meeting with a client to bring them a buyer, is not an appointment set.
Agents are not permitted to put any appointments in the spreadsheet that are not a true appointment set based on the definition above.
Appointments will be randomly audited by the leadership team.
-
Auditing will happen by listening to call recordings, or calling the seller directly to confirm the day/time of their appointment via a customer service call.

If a seller has not signed within 72 hours of the appointment, agents are then permitted to call and try to set an appointment with that lead.
If an agent is found to not be following this policy, the following course of action will take place after leadership does an investigation into the violation:
-
First offense, verbal warning
-
Second offense, written warning
-
Third offense, Vulcan will be shut off for 30 days
-
Fourth offense, may be asked to leave the team to protect the culture of the team.
*Subject to leadership's executive decision based on the investigation into the violation
Zillow Direct Calls Policy
All agents are eligible to be turned on to Zillow Direct calls once they are a full time OSA with Glover Agency. OSA is also required to be present on Glover Agency's 10am meetings, and be on the daily 7:30 accountability call. They also must attend the monthly Team Meetings. The Zillow Direct calls will be audited to ensure the proper ALM (appointment, location, motivation) Zillow script, and Zillow training is being followed. If an OSA does not follow proper protocol while speaking to a Zillow Direct lead, they will be turned off of Zillow Direct calls. The OSA will be eligible to be turned back on calls once they complete additional ZIllow training, and "pass" a roleplay with a member of the leadership team.
